What we collect

When you request a quote on this site, we receive what you type in the form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), the property address and your message. Like most websites, our hosting provider also handles basic technical information such as your IP address so the site can work and be protected from abuse.

How we use it

Only to reply to you about your quote and, if you hire us, to schedule and carry out the work, send your estimate and invoice, and keep records for our business. We may call, text or email you about your request. We never sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it’s stored

Your request goes into Gulfline Softwash’s own customer records, kept on Cloudflare’s infrastructure behind a password-protected login. Only Gulfline Softwash has access.

Estimate pages

If we send you an estimate, it comes with a private link. That page may show a Google Maps Street View photo of the property, and it notes when it’s viewed so we know when to follow up.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop texts, contact us at sales@gulflinesoftwash.com or (239) 985-5682. You can also reply STOP to any text from us.
